Complaint Regarding Gas Cylinder Exchange
Good day, I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the handling of gas cylinder exchanges at Reyno Ridge Power Build. The company took my gas cylinders and exchanged them for different cylinders. However, when I later returned with the cylinders that were given to me by your staff, I was informed that you do not accept those cylinders. This is very concerning, as the cylinders were provided by your company in exchange for my own cylinders. I am particularly unhappy with how this matter has been handled. My original cylinders were new, and I have not received a satisfactory explanation or replacement for them. I believe it is unfair that my cylinders were taken and that I am now being inconvenienced because of an exchange initiated by your company. I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that a suitable resolution be provided as soon as possible. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, Themba
