Will I ever receive my phone?

I placed an order Sunday evening for a Samsung Note 20 (so not a cheap purchase). Received confirmation of order on Monday saying it would take two days to deliver. I have yet to receive a tracking number and it's Wednesday evening. I looked on their online shop tracking and it just shows as payment received. No progress from there! I phoned them this morning around 8:30 and spoke to some snotty woman who spoke to me like I was an idiot saying that the phone first needed to come to the Loftus shop and then it would be shipped to me and "that's what the emails said". No, that is not at all what the emails said. It said two working days delivery. That's it. She had such an attitude. And the kicker is that the phone is being sold for a lower price currently, ha ha on me. So unimpressed.
