Simply Incredible

Powerbite provides absolutely incredible service!

I bought a MS Surface Pro from them which was at a much cheaper price vs SA competitors. However, through no fault of their own, the device had a few issues from the factory. Powerbite picked up the device, did the diagnostic and provided a replacement in record time. Throughout this process, Kate kept me in the loop and provided constant updates.

Overall, I am pleasantly surprised by their customer service and the price of the products on offer. Keep it up! Truly "incredible" :)
