Powerbite.co.za Rip-off (Laptop purchase)

We bought two macbook Pro 15" devices from powebite.co.za, we received one machine with dead pixels on the screen. ON sending the device back hey automatically say it's due to liquid damange. Absolute daylight robery from this guys, we have had no liquid damage to the device and they claim was, we opened the device for the first time and it had the defact.

Stay away from this company please, they are unprofessional and evasive.
