Absolutely superb service. Literally received the order I placed within 2 days. Furthermore when I contacted them about a small problem I had regarding setting up the device, that was later established was due to my wifi, they sent a courier to return it so that could double check that the problem wasn't due to a device defect. They confirmed the device was working perfectly and assisted me to set it up. I dealt with lady, Kate, who was superb. No painful call centre's. Excellent personalized customer service.
