Powerbite stole R13 000 from me.

After visiting both of their physical stores in the hopes of buying a laptop, I was advised to place my order online.I did so and have now been waiting a month for my order. After begging and pleading and getting nothing but empty promises they have emailed me and said that due to covid and an armed ******* they are unable to refund me or give me a computer. They have now taken down their website, closed their stores and switched their phones off. Absolutely Devastating. If anyone is in the process of legal action and would like my involvement.
