Powerbite, *****ing money from innocent people .

I ordered the i phone 12 pro online, they said it would take about 2 weeks to deliver . After waiting well over 2 weeks i tried contacting them, e mailing etc .. they assured me it was on order and would be arriving soon . Another week went by, after countless e mails, they eventually responded saying they were seeking business relief and unfortunately could no longer deliver my phone, but would be refunding me . What i found really strange is that their website was still up and running, selling phones …. Well it has now been 2 months and i haven't heard a word from them . I find their behaviour disgusting . They are a bunch of *******, *****ing from innocent people ( i know i am not the only one who got caught by their dishonesty ) I have contacted the Ombudsmen and my bank to ask for help, so far i am still nowhere close to getting my money back . Shocking behaviour and definitely makes me think twice about purchasing anything online ever again .
