Powerbite *****ing from customers

I placed an order on 12/08 and yesterday their website was taken down????? There is no contact number for anyone and the *** goes unanswered. I just got back from their Sea Point store and the store is closed with a sign "we are temporally closed". WHY WAS THEIR WEBSITE STILL ACTIVE ACCEPTING ORDERS AND PAYMENTS WHEN THEY ARE CLOSING DOWN???? I WANT MY MONEY. THIS IS *****ING. Why is CEO Duncan Matthews not releasing a statement to confirm what is happening??? WE WANT ANSWERS AND WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK
