PowerBite do not deliver and do not refund do not buy from them

Hi, I have ordered and paid for a Samsung and have been told it was sold in store and you are awaiting stock and it can take up to 7 working days to recieve my device I don't want any other device I want the one I paid for.

So today have now sent a message but in what I feel are empty threats as they do not respond and acknowledge my requests, their office lines just ring and never geto answered, their branch in fourways is no longer....

Today I to date have still not received my refund for order not delivered, nor have you contacted me since requesting my refund.
