Powerbite deliberately stole peoples money AFTER they knew they were in a financial crisis

I placed an order with Powerbite more than a month ago. 2 weeks after that I contacted them to find out where my device is only to find out that they had been in a financial crisis because their courier had been looted.

The problem is that I found out that they had asked the courier to transport these devices, and deliberately did not take our insurance with the courier service even though they knew about the looting! How can you be so ************* with peoples money and devices when you knew about the looting.

This looting incident happened before I even paid them for my order, my order was not affected by the looting YET they took my money and kept quiet about the whole thing. I am disgusted by Powerbite because it seems even though they knew they were about to go into Business Rescue after being looted, they still took money from people like me in order to have money for themselves.

Now I see they had no intention of ever delivering my order to me. They knew they were in a financial crisis and still kept their website accepting payments. It has since been weeks since we all received the email about them going into business rescue and I have not heard a word from them after requesting some sort of feedback.
