Phone purchase

The phone I purchased had a reasonable price. But unfortunately the support team didn't handle my order well. I had changed my handset colour during the order, which was confirmed to have been changed several time. On delivery, it was the wrong colour. Also the ports (earphone jack and charger port) were not clean resulting in the peripherals not functioning properly. Be it that it was a CPO phone, the least would have been to clean the phone properly. Also there is just mass confusion between powerbites tracking system and their courier. Always annoucing different locations for your product.
