Overall a disappointing experience

I ordered a Dell XPS computer online on Black Friday. There was at that moment no indication of availability. But as it was Black Friday the implication is that one would receive the product immediately.

5 days later I was told that they were so terribly busy after Black Friday and that it might take 5-10 days. Fast forward two weeks later, I received an email to say that they cannot fufil the order anymore.

Up to this moment I give them 0 stars for terrible communication and great inconvenience.

The two stars come from the fact that I was offered a new deal (of an inferior laptop and at a very mediocre price, )the friendly receptionist, and the fact that the laptop is excellent.

To add to it all, I needed to buy an adapter for the charging cable.
