Ongoing delays and poor feedback

Purchased a new Iphone on 11 July. promise was that I will receive this in max 2 weeks. Multiple follow ups and just promises. When asking for timelines always a vague response and if you don't follow up, you will not hear from them. Terrible client experience. Think twice before ordering from them
