Non delivery and refusal to provide refund

Ordered an Apple Mac and payment was made on the 1st of June. No mention of delays on the product on the website. I've been sending numerous enquiries and getting feedback on delays. Have not received my product one month later. When requesting a refund no response. Not an ethical business to deal with! Taking payment and not delivering promised goods is unacceptable. Makes me wonder if the products sold are legally purchased.
