Nervous...but relieved.

I was initially nervous due to their low pricing. But I did some research and checked customer reviews, all looked good. So I proceedes to order and pay online. I ordered a new/unopened phone. It said delivery in 1 to 2 days. I was still apprehensive. I ordered on Black Friday, on Monday we received an email advising it would be 2 to 5 days. A bit more nervous...we changed the delivery address to account for the new delivery day. We received very prompt replies. The next day we got confirmation that it was being delivered to the new address in 5 to 7 business days. A bit more nervous. From then onwward we received detailed progress reports from The Courier Guy every step of the way. It arrived the following Thursday. So 5 business days in total from date of order. Phone was exactly as described and still packaged. Very relieved. I will use them again.
