Kate: Repairs @ Powerbite Technology Head Office Pretoria

I bought my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2015) from Powerbite 10 months ago, which was at a much cheaper price vs SA competitors. However, through no fault of their own, the device had a few issues with the power supply. The machine had to be couriered back to Pretoria and after further diagnostics Kate informed me that they would have to provide me with a replacement device. Throughout this process, Kate kept me in the loop and provided me with frequent updates. Her consistency in updating me kept me at ease and gave me assurance that the team is doing their best to ensure that I get the device back ASAP. Overall, I have personally not experienced better customer service than that Kate and the rest of the Powerbite team has given me. It has been a pleasure purchasing from Powerbite Technology, from start to finish. Keep it up!
