HONEST AND RELIABLE SERVICE

I ordered a Samsung S21 Ultra from this company. As it was a one-day and huge special, they ran out of stock, but kept me updated all the time. I had to wait for about 3 weeks, but as soon as they had new stock, I received my phone with an overnight courier service. Although I was not at all happy with the glass protector that I ordered with the phone (I had to buy another glass protector from Vodacom as the one I bought from PowerBite made bubbles underneath the protector), it's an excellent phone and Powerbite's service was great. I am still waiting for PowerBite to refund me for the glass protector. I hope this will happen soon. Overall great service by PowerBite - they are honest and reliable.
