Happy Customer, Despite Shipping Delays

I purchased two iPhones from Powerbite and was notified of potential delays on the stock, initially, it was a delay of 7 to 15 days, which I expected. I was in constant communication with them each week, checking on the status of the order and so on. My order was delayed for over 3 weeks due to stock shortage, Covid-19 hitting their staff, and the riots that happened in July, but at the end of it, I got the devices (Powerbite even upgraded one of them to the next tier since they didn't have the one model in stock, iPhone 11 to 11 Pro).

Both iPhones are in excellent condition considering they are CPO, very light/minimal scratches, and one device even came with a screen protector. I know that Powerbite were doing their best to deliver the products, and despite all the setbacks, I got what I paid for plus the bonus of a better model phone than I asked for. If I had been in a rush to get these phones I may have looked elsewhere, but in my situation the wait was bearable. Thank you Powerbite for pushing through the tough times and providing a great service, it's not easy nowadays.
