Good experience overall

Placed an order on 2 Dec 2019 for a new OnePlus phone. It showed as "in stock" on their site, but I was subsequently informed that they don't have stock and are expecting it soon. It was finally delivered in early Jan. Except for the delay in delivery everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with my new device.
