I placed an order on 28 June 2021 for a cellphone they advertised. After paying in full (R17000)the order was then labelled as back order. I questioned this and the said it was in their terms and conditions that they have up to 15 days to fulfil. After that period they said they had a delay with Samsung, then it was the looting and distribution. At the end of July I requested a refund as I was tired of waiting. They agreed and said it will be done by first week August, The latest update (13 Aug)they claiming business rescue and are not refunding. This is ******* and theft of our money. We will be putting a ***** case against them!
