Exceptional customer service!

Kate from Powerbite gave me the most exceptional customer service I have ever experienced. The MacBook Pro I bought second-hand was registered with a university in the States and she arranged for the laptop to be taken back multiple times to try and sort it out for me. Over the Lockdown, she kindly agreed for me to keep the laptop to continue working from home. As soon as she could, she contacted me again and arranged a replacement when the issue could not be resolved.

Both laptops were in perfect condition - a definite top choice when looking to buy high quality second hand tech.
