Exceptional customer service and you get what you pay for

I received exceptional customer service from powerbite. I was very sceptical to buy a phone online, especially after I have had multiple delays with my online orders from other online shops during lock down.

There was minor glitch, where an incorrect parcel was delivered (error by courier company). I called Powerbite on Monday, and I received the correct parcel on Tuesday morning.

It was very easy to get hold of customer service for my query. And I received my phone in good condition with no issues.
