Excellent Customer Experience

As a consultant / lecturer in Operational Excellence and Customer Experience Management, I am extremely critical of companies service. I can, however, say I was blown away by the service I received from PowerBite as I ordered some items for my Microsoft Surface Pro yesterday morning at 11:00am and they were delivered to me in Cape Town at 8:30am this morning (less than 24 hours). The ordering process was straight forward on their website and I was kept informed every step of the way. This is a company that gets customer experience and knows how to optimally use technology to support a good experience.
