Do not RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I bought a CPO over a month ago(14 july) and the company failed to deliver, giving me excuses over excuses about the supplier. Now last week(4th August) i asked for a refund then the lady handling my purchase doesn't reply to my emails anymore. When i called on tuesday( this week) the guy said that my refund was already processed into my account. Yesterday i decided to call my bank and they said that I have not received the refund, its not reflecting on their system. So i called powerbite yesterday and now I'm given excuses about accounts, also when i called they said i would recieve confirmation about my refund and when ill recieve it but still till now, no email, my emails are ignored. All i need is my refund in full because powerbite failed to deliver. Oh and did i mention when i send an emailnto their email address it says their inbox is full(what kind of company is this???!!) It just looks ***** to me . I am furious at this point. Give me my money back and I'll be out of your hair powerbite! Please save yourself the trouble, i do not recommend this place to no one. You cant keep people's money if you're not gonna deliver as stated. I NEEEEED MY MONEY.
