Been waiting more than two weeks

My laptop crashed and I ordered one that was supposed to be available on the site. After making the order and paying, thy told me that they’re getting it on back order. Over two weeks later and I’m still waiting for a device. I’m writing exams soon and require this like RIGHT NOW but they seem to be dragging their feet. I’m really not happy. I even second-guessed if this is a legit business or if they’re just ******** people.
