BAD AND UNRELIABLE SERVICE!
If you want to be given the run-around, not receive any feedback and not receive your order a month later, then order from Powerbite Tech.
I ordered my device on the 28 November 2019, after (10 WORKING DAYS) days I called to find out about my order was told there's a delay due to the influx of orders received on Black Friday. A week later, I call to follow up, they said I will receive it next week yet nothing arrives. Following week I call and I am told it is held up at customs and they will keep me informed as soon as it's released. Until today no one has called me back as promised and I just keep getting excuses.

Sincere apologies. Your device was unfortunately an import and this time of year everything slows down.
We did keep you in the loop and spoke to you on Tuesday as well, unfortunately we can not say much more than we are waiting for customs clearance. We will keep you updated.

We did keep you in the loop and spoke to you on Tuesday as well, unfortunately we can not say much more than we are waiting for customs clearance. We will keep you updated.

02 Jan 2020, 15:14I understand that it's an import but then don't say it will take 7-10 working days when in essence it's a month. It creates an unnecessary expectation. All I am asking for is feedback because I have to keep calling you guys just to find out what's the progress which is unprofessional seeing that the delay with customs was due to a technical error not it being the holidays.

Customs does random stops and scrutinizes only certain packages, it being this time this takes longer as well.. We literally had no control. But we do agree you should not have to call us. I will follow up on this
