False advertising!!!

Bought a Huawei Mate 20 Pro through Powerbite on 11/03/2021, listed on their website for R3499. After I paid and sold my old phone while waiting for delivery for the new one, they told me that they made a mistake on the price and will not be sending me my phone and giving me the amount back. I asked them how they can do this as the price was on the invoice and that is the price I paid. Tumelo from powerbite just told me that there is nothing they can do besides paying me back my money. I did an immediate payment, so I wanted to know who will be carrying the costs of the immediate payment, and they said they will not pay that amount, only the R3499 I paid them.

According to their terms and conditions, they reserve the right to change their price whenever they want, without informing anyone. NEVER use their website. You will find a bargain and then just get told their prices are changing and there's nothing you can do about it.

Worst Service I have received in a long time.
