What a very bad experience. My daughter ordered a Apple HomePod Mini Smart Speaker White which showed In Stock with Supplier. After numerous follow up attempts and emails we have just been advised the following: Good Day.

We therefore can not process any refunds or send orders out at this moment until the order has been granted.
