Electricity Ripoff

I bought R1000.00 electricity token. Once the bank accepted payment, I expected to receive a voucher. That was the 15th July. Today the bank paid them and still no token. Tried calling them ***. After ringing a voice mail says "the person at ext 999 cannot take your call right now, please leave a message" Three times I left a messages to no avail. I have now requested my bank to dispute the payment and reverse it. I live in hope.
