I really appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff! It's really refreshing to get good advice instead of someone trying to push a sale, like at so many hardware shops.

As an amateur DIY enthusiast, I especially appreciate the fact that someone always takes the time to first understand what I want to achieve, before making a recommendation for a purchase.

Of course, it does help that everything is right there, in one shop!
