Negligence cashier
I wanted to buy a toothpaste, so I see this special they have, of collate, it says 2 for R46 it was written Colgate original, Gel, max protect, heart, herbal white or salt 100ml or Triple action 150ml, so I took 2 triple action for obvious reasons it 150ml compare to all the others that are 100ml, cashier Sthemi ngema refused and told me it wasn't on special, I should take the small ones, I did that and paid, went to the manager to inquire about this coz it was frustrating, whom solved it very delicately she punch the triple action on the empty till, and confirmed it was indeed on special, she had me took the one I wanted, im satisfied with that, but in future I wish they tell their cashier if there aren't sure of something they should confirm first before dismissing the customer, what frustrated me even more is that I took the picture before going to the till showed it to her and still she dismissed me.

Need my money from Spar KwaMashu
My name is Bongani Vincent Kubheka ,on the 24 October went to buy some groceries at Spar KwaMashu for the amount of R1783.26 and they charge me twice only realise on the next day since I was not around I had to go back on Monday to report the matter to them .I went there and they told I needed to wait for the bank statement to show the transaction as it wasn't showing only from the massage from my phone. I waited and the statement started showing on Thursday th 30 October 2025 I took the statement to them and they promised to pay the next day the 31 October 2025 but I wasn't paid and went and ask they I will get paid on Monday th 3 of November it is now 15H40 no payment has been **** . I very frustrated and angry as show that they don't care about their customers they only care about what come to them. Please assist I need that money agently My contact ***
