faulty goods- power play energy drink

i understand i am entitled to expect things i buy to be of acceptable quality.Since i bought Power Play Energy drink Original (from 22 September 2018). Unfortunately their product taste otherwise. Tried to reach out on their social networks but no response. i therefore ask for answers from this company. thanks
