Power Laptops (Pty) Ltd faulty Mac Book Air Batteries

Very bad experience and very unprofessional service from Roger - the director ***). I replaced my Mac Book Air battery in June 2022 - by end of September it was giving issues. We contacted Roger in the 6 month warranty period in October and it took 7 weeks to get the battery replaced. In the middle of University exams and being an urgent matter. He replaced the battery which then had a charging cycle count of over 550 and a service notification. This was a very old and very used battery. Will not recommend supporting him!!
