Bad Service From Mixtelematics and Power Fleets

Bad Service received. It’s been 7 weeks waiting for installation without a win. I ordered camera installation 7weeks ago, and till today it’s not done. The lady who is our client service did not attempt to it for 7weeks. They promised it will be done today at 12:00 and I’m told they are “out of stock” Ridiculous service ever. Can someone from Power Fleet or Mixtelematics intervene this is not acceptable.
