Bad service

My mother bought a phone in December at Power fashion store Palm Springs.the phone worked for 2 months and she took it back to the shop together with the purchase slip and was advised phone went for repairs,weeks passed by with no feedback back instead they giving her a run around that the phone went missing inside the shop.I mean who's fault is it because she did what she was supposed to do by returning it to the shop .Please refund her money back
