Very very disappointed

Hey I have a problem with a clothing shop by the name of power it's based in Bloemfontein in central park... I went to collect my kids laybye this morning I was in a hurry to work so now when I get home I discovered I have not received all the items I have laybye and I must posts the stuff to cape town tomorrow morning
