unfair treatment and unfair sale

I bought jacket in May, the size is small and I went to Power at Soshanguve Crossing Pretoria and they refused me to exchange and said until further notice due to COVID19 I cannot exchange. The jacket will no longer serve the purpose as it was for Winter season.

This is not fair and unacceptable as it is the only store which does not accept exchange at this moment. I need my money back and no longer even interested with the jacket as this Is unfair treatment towards me as a customer, as they trying to gain unfairly due to Covid19.
