Rude disrespectfull manager

Im very dissapionted and angry in this stores customer service the manager or supivisor of this store is very unproffesional one can say she does not know how to work with people she treated my mother with so much disrespect! She has no empathy what so ever to work with people i would never treat somebody else mother the way she treated my mother that is an elderly person and suffers from asthma and heart problems on top of that she has a broken leg she referd my mother to stand outside by the stores door and told her she cant make a size exchange becouse she did not have a slip but the clothes was stil in a sell able condition and i provided her with an bank statement wich showed the eft and she did not want to assist my mother and told her she should stand by the door hence my mothers broken leg and ask people by the door if they did not want to buy the items wich is very unproffesional for a manager to ask that from a cust she had my mother in tears and she then had a anxiety astamatic attack and had to go to the store and ask for her regional managers number then she wanted to help no man this is not how you treat people this happend in Power somerset west the rude lady Manger name is Mirranda she also went in to her office and shut the door in our faces
