Refused to allow me a size exchange

I bought a skirt at Power in Mall@Emba when I fitted it, it was too big. I brought it back the same day to come exchange it for a smaller size, the exact same skirt didn't have a smaller size so I took another skirt and told them that I would add and pay the balance.

I was told they don't exchange items on sale.

Am I expected to wear a skirt that does not fit me by force?! I'm not asking for my money back all I want is to exchange the skirt that fits.

As consumers it is our legal right to do an exchange when you the item still has the tag and you still have a receipt!

The managers attitude was also rude telling me that she doesn't make the rules if I don't like what she is telling me that is not her problem!

I expect to receive a skirt that fits me TODAY!

I left the skirt in the store with the receipt so I expect you to sort it out with urgency!
