Profiling, disrespectful, ********

My 72 year old mother was accused of *****ing a package from one customer, she was manhandled and stripped by the staff to search for the package. The staff did not even check the footage, they just manhandled her and accused her with no proof. Upon investigation of the store footage it was found that another customer actually stole the package. I want answers on why this is allowed to happen in your stores. Someone needs to get back to me urgently, this happened yesterday at the Eyethu Mall store
