Power fashion Jabulani mall security Poor customer service

I went in the store just to take a look at some specials for black friday however they had nothing , upon entering the door standard procedure was done according to covid 19 rules and was given a basket to enter . Now after taking a look at what I wanted I decided to leave the store then left the basket next to the till counter and at that point the store was full and no social distance was adhered to ,suddenly the at door when I was about to get out the security personnel is refusing me to go out as if I have ****** something and tells me to pick basket to bring it to her pushing and in some instances it goes to a point that it might be physical however I keep my cool then this shop assistance by the name of Xulu approaches me and as he comes he says what have I ****** I tell him that Am being stopped cause I left the basket he sees that the security is making a mistake then lets me go .Now Am not happy with treatment of the security and her service to us customer
