Power fashion house a big no noooooooo

So i made a laybye at this store in Bethlehem. Turns out the shoe size for my daughter is wrong as its to small. Their simple answer to me it cannot be exchanged as its on laybye how ever its not written on the slip that a laybye is not exchangeable . i guess its ok for power fashion house to loose a cuatomer. I did not ask for a refund i only asked dor a shoe that fits. I will not buy from them again even if its the last shop that there is.
