Power clothing store need to teach their team customer service

I had a very bad experience with power clothing store in Olivenhoutbosch at plaza. The service was horrible from the cashier and to the manager, I was shopping with my sisters and we had to search for undies in a big basket and when we get to the till point the cashier gave us a horrible attitude and sent us back to the basket to get barcodes, and when we ask how is that our job and is wrong the cashier said to us were still to see more of the bad service, suddenly the manager came through and we thought he will help but he made matters worst and told us there is no place we can take or report them, not even a single word of apology from him.it was not the first time I experienced this kind of service with them so I need to find out if this is how power clothing works and treat their customers???
