Poor Managerial skills and Customer Service

I went to Power Fashion Site B Khayelitsha today made a laybye of R1100 and paid a deposit of R700. Hours later I went back with a decision of paying items worth of R700 and take let go of the rest. So this lady says to us for us to do that we will have to cancel the whole laybye. Agreed. Tells us a policy of taking 1 percent off on the total amount because we are canceling. Agreed. So from that R700 deposit I was told I will get back R688. Agreed. Now she's done canceling give me the whole pack of my clothes to choose what I want and what I am returning. I do the while exercise. After the clothes I am taking costs about R58 something. She now tells me I need use the while amount of R688 instead of giving us the difference back. I mean she canceled the whole laybed why can't couldn't she give us the difference back. I asked this. She says thats the policy. I asked why is it not kn the laybye slip. And why was I not told this when I made a laybye. She says she can call her manager I said please do. Guy come ls I am not given a chance eto talk she tells the whole story that she wants to her mangr who then agrees with her I ask why can't I get the difference back if the laybye was canceled. He doesn't have an answer he seemed even more confused after. Upon disagreement I then said can I have my money back he just said you know what just give them their money back. Such improper poor customer service. No care to resolve the issue at all. They just felt its ok to lose th while sale and customer. Power Fashion Site B Khayelitsha.
