Poor customer service

Today at power fashion factory at botlokwa I had the most awful 😖 😱 experience. Firstly the opened the store 5min late because they were busy taking selfies after that we wanted a specific phone n ask for help instead the lady gave us attitude saying that is their last display n cannot sell it n she was responding while walking away from us rushing to take pictures with her colleagues n we ask some other guy in the store also gave us attitude. I mean what kind of business is that where u can't sell item to the customer saying its the last one why do u advertise it from the biggining n and also why taking pictures so important 🤔 infront of customers. That is the worst service I have ever had
