Poor customer service

Went to this oulet today to buy bus ticket as they have Ticket Pro service.Was told I have to go and draw cash,can't swipe.On my return at 16:45,doors were closed while trading housrs say 17:00.I asked for branch manager,who refused to come and talk to me.
