POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Power Fashion at the Phoenix plaza is a NO GO shop. I purchased a lot of clothing from this store as Christmas gifts. My sister in kzn tried to return a dress I got her, firstly they were rude and the manager was on another level of rude, they refused to exchange the dress for a bigger size, they refused to exchange it without a receipt, I live in jhb and had the receipt with me. My sister called me from the store, I asked to speak to the manager, he just left the phone aside and continued doing something else. The dress still has the tag on it and all she wanted was to get a bigger size, or even take anything else that could have been a bit more and pay the difference. They customer service is putrid to say the least!! I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE IN HIGHER MANAGEMENT TO CONTACT ME!!
