No returns for items bought

I just bought usb torch that I mistook for a usb cable at Power Fashion Factory in Bizana. When I tried to return it, the store did not accept it, nor did they accept an exchange. This is against the law and should not be allowed. They have lost me as a customer...Permanently!!!
