Negligence and carelessness of the Cashiers

On the 11 of November 2023 I went to Power Fashion Cleary Park Mall in Gqeberha to take out my laybye, so i was told by the security to give it to the cashier, i did that and i was given a number of a parcel counter,and i was told to stand in the que since the cashier went to fetch my laybye.When it was my turn to pay my laybye was not yet found so since i was standing for a long i told them that im going to finish my other thing then i went out then i remember all my belongings are the in the parcel counter, went back then my laybye was found , paid for it then i gave the cashier ticket for my parcel they gave me wrong parcels and i told them these are not mine..to find out those parcel belong to the lady whose was in the que..what i ddnt understand is that counter number 2 was suppose to have my parcels cz iv got the ticket and the lady had number 20 but her parcels where on number 2..I asked them for a footage since my phone, personal documents, and few item that i was exchangin where in there and the slips, they told me they dont have, so they asked me to do affidavite wich i did, now the problem is they want a box or IMEI number of the phone wich i dont have a box or slip since i bought it long time ago and it was a cash purchase, but did show them and the police avidence that i had two phones..so i asked them would they pull a cash sale reprint of of an item that was purchase mid last year..they say No...
