Horrible customer service

I was treated like a fool when I visited your store at Birch Acress Mall a young man who is light in complexion and short, he treated me with so much disrespect and I couldn't even breath. The manager by the Name of Portia also gave me too much disrespect n non of them were wearing name tags. I hate that store and because their rudeness and unprofessionalism I'll never ever set my foot there.

The only thing I wanted was to buy a ticket for a soccer match of which the young man **** n said they don't sell it n I told him they do... n he laughed in my face.

I will let people know what nonsense service I got from your company.

I'm expecting a full explanation of how you hire such unprofessional people who are so used to being rude to customers
